Government verified legal pint capacity measurement tool for pubs and taverns serving ale, beer or cider. The Top crown monogram, with letters V and R (Victoria Regina) signifies it's origin from the Queen Victoria era. The bird emblem (Liver Bird) further narrows it's origin to the city of Liverpool.
A collectable, and beautiful piece of British pub history. The extreme patina suggests this piece comes with a deep history of rowdy nights.
